Thought i’d send out a quick mail thanking everyone for a great season, a tough one, but from my perspective, a battle is better than a walkover and ..
London Media is securely in Surrey 2 next season!
And all the stronger for it, I am really excited for the next season, I have seen a large number of new faces and great deal of talent enter the club this season.. It is all our duty to hold on to the new talent and encourage new faces to join in so please lend a hand and make sure you let all your mates know about the great London Media Rugby Club.. but before everyone puts away their boots in the back of the cupboard and the small willies amongst us don their cricket whites..
Remember that we will be starting up the mon and wed evenings clapham common off season touch next week (I believe) and we are going to be entering in a number of 7s tournaments so watch this space.
Great game at the weekend for the 1s, a truly dominant display, cutting the 3rd placed team in the league to ribbons for 80 minutes was the right send off to the season…
Thanks again for some champagne rugga this season and I’ll hopefully see all of you out on the common soon..
